Returns and Exchanges

At EVI, we are committed to providing our customers with quality products and exceptional service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer you the option of returning or exchanging your products.
You have a period of 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange a product, provided that it is in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
If you wish to return or exchange a product, please contact us by e-mail at contact@evi-shoes.fr or via the contact form and provide us with the details of your order, including your order number and the Product Name. Note that the company EVI does not make refunds, but accepts exchanges, except in the event of impossibility of exchange.
If the product you wish to exchange is not available in stock, we will offer you a credit note for future use on the evi-shoes.fr website or an exchange for another product of equivalent value. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can resolve the problem and provide you with a satisfactory solution.
