Terms of Sales
1. Presentation of the company
EVI is a French company specializing in the manufacture and sale of leather shoes, whose head office is located at 13bis rue Pontcottier, 38300 Bourgoin-Jallieu. The company has a share capital of €4000 and is registered under SIRET number 92204355900017.
2. Products
The products offered are those which appear on the site www.evi-shoes.fr They are put on sale only in pre-order.
Each product is presented on the site with the greatest possible accuracy. However, if errors or omissions may have occurred in this presentation, SAS EVI cannot be held liable. The photos and texts illustrating the products do not enter into the contractual field. SAS EVI could, because of its suppliers, be led to deliver to the customer an article of composition slightly different from that described but in any case of equal or superior quality to the article ordered.
3. Orders
The customer can place an order on the company's website www.evi-shoes.fr. The order will be considered as definitive after validation of the payment by the company EVI. EVI reserves the right to refuse any order for legitimate reasons.
4. Price
The prices appearing on the site are expressed in euros (€) and all taxes included (TTC), taking into account the value added tax (VAT) applicable on the day of the order. The EVI company reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood, however, that the price appearing on the site on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the customer.
5. Payment
Payment can be made online by credit card (BLUE CARD / VISA / MASTER CARD / AMERICAN EXPRESS) The order will be validated after confirmation of payment by EVI.
6. Delivery
The EVI company undertakes to ship the products within an average of 2 months after the validation of the order. Shipping costs are free for any delivery in mainland France with carriers chosen by EVI (such as UPS, Chronopost, Colissimo, etc.). The customer will be informed by email of the shipment of the order and its tracking number.
7. Pre-order
The customer can place a pre-order for the products which are announced as being in pre-order on the site www.evi-shoes.fr. Pre-orders are subject to these T&Cs.
The start and end date of the pre-order period is specified on the evi-shoes.fr website. The customer will be informed of the estimated delivery date when pre-ordering. The delivery time may vary depending on the end date of the pre-order period and the availability of the products.
8. Returns and Exchanges
The customer has a period of 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange a product, provided that it is in perfect condition and in its original packaging. The company EVI does not make refunds, but accepts exchanges, except in the event of impossibility of exchange.
9. Liability and warranty
EVI cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damage, such as loss of data, loss of profits or any other loss, resulting from the use of the website or the products purchased on it.
However, in the event of a lack of conformity of the products delivered, the EVI company undertakes to replace or reimburse the products concerned, in accordance with the legal provisions in force.
10. Intellectual Property

In the event of a dispute between EVI and the customer, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution.
In the absence of such a solution, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts according to the rules of common law.
12. Modification of the T&Cs
EVI reserves the right to modify these general conditions of sale at any time. The applicable conditions are those in force on the date of the order.
13. Personal data
EVI is committed to protecting the personal data of its customers and to complying with the legislation in force regarding the protection of personal data.
The data collected during the order is necessary for its processing. They are kept for a period strictly necessary for the management of orders and the commercial relationship.
The customer has a right of access, rectification, opposition and deletion of his personal data, in accordance with the legislation in force.
