Anchored here
Our production is local.
In Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, where it all began.
Our sneakers are handcrafted in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, in Romans-sur-Isère, the historic cradle of French shoemaking.
Each stage, from cutting, stitching, assembly to finishing, is carried out by artisans whose expertise is rooted in a long-standing local tradition.
These precise gestures, honed over decades of experience, ensure the accuracy of the shapes, the strength of the construction, and lasting comfort.
This regional anchoring is more than a production choice: it is the guarantee of controlled quality and a craft that celebrates a living heritage.
From the material itself
A grain, a density, a tension in the hand.
It is the material that sets the pace.
We work with French, Italian, and Spanish tanneries certified by the Leather Working Group (LWG), ensuring full traceability and environmentally responsible processes.
Each leather is selected for its structure, suppleness, and the richness of its shades, with particular attention to the unique textures and colors that define EVI’s DNA. All our hides come exclusively from animals raised for food. No animal is bred solely for fashion: we give this material a second life, avoiding waste and honoring the entire animal.
In our workshop, artisans cut and assemble each piece with precision, bringing the EVI sneaker to life.
